Now, with the new LEF-300, higher quantities and larger items can be printed, utilizing a 770mm width, improved print heads and two UV-LED lamps for faster curing, significantly improving your productivity. Productivity Expedite your workflow with a host of productivity features
To accommodate greater quantities and larger-sized items, the LEF-300’s printing area has been expanded to 770 mm wide by 330 mm long. With four print heads and two UV-LED lamps, one of which moves, the LEF-300 enables bidirectional printing approximately 1.6 times* faster than previous models. White and clear (gloss) ink are now jetted through two rows of nozzles each for faster printing, increased density and opacity and faster build-up of multiple layers for three-dimensional textures. A new draft print mode improves overall efficiency for users in need of quick prototype prints.

Quality Achieve high-quality printing on a wide range of materials
Able to accommodate items up to 100 mm in height, the LEF-300 enables printing on a wide variety of substrates such as PET, ABS, and polycarbonate, and soft materials such as TPU and leather, as well as three-dimensional items, including pens, smartphone cases, signs, personalized awards, giftware, promotional items and laptop covers. Advanced ECO-UV inks produce outstanding results
Designed for flexibility, ECO-UV inks image beautifully and conform around the most complex corners and curves for decoration of a wide variety of items from stunning gifts and novelty items to industrial parts and product prototyping. The LEF-300 comes equipped with VersaUV’s proprietary CMYK, White and Clear (gloss) ECO-UV inks for premium quality prints. By printing a base layer of high-density white ink, even greater brilliance can be achieved when using clear or dark-colored materials. Clear ink produces gloss and matte finishes. Multiple layers of clear ink can be applied to create simulated embossing and three-dimensional textures, and the included VersaWorks Dual RIP software comes with 72 ready-to-use texture patterns.

Built to meet the demands of high volume operations
In order to maintain accurate high-quality printing even during long production runs, the LEF-300 incorporates precision parts that are not susceptible to changes in temperature or humidity. To meet the needs of production site customers, the LEF-300 includes an input/output system that supports external devices such as warning lights and custom production automation systems.
Full cover ensures safety and print quality
The LEF-300 cover provides excellent airtight enclosure to prevent dust from entering the print area, while keeping the UV-LED light contained. Ink cartridges are located on the side of the device to allow replacement during operation without having to open the cover.
Performance Convenient height adjustor
With 3D items placed on the flat table, once the automatic height adjusting function has been selected, the LEF-300 starts to adjust the position by moving the flat table back and forth until its surface reaches the height most suitable for operation. This function also helps to maintain the production of quality prints due to automatic adjustment of the distance between the print-head and the material surface.
Ink mist absorbing function
The LEF-300 features an ink mist adsorbing system by which air-borne ink mist inside the printer is collected for removal. The system works by employing a fan installed around the print-head, that blow any ink mist into an adsorbing filter. This system is valuable to maintain consistent printing operation.

Software Roland VersaWorks Dual advanced intuitive RIP software included
Roland VersaWorks Dual RIP software includes all the advanced and ease-of-use features of VersaWorks, and now supports both PostScript and PDF files for improved file processing and automatic creation of white and clear ink layers. In addition, features like offset, positioning, rotation and registration of ink layers can be handled directly in the RIP without the need to return to design software.
Roland OnSupport messaging system included for remote production management
The LEF-300 features Roland OnSupport, an online customer support system allowing users to remotely track the status of the printer’s activities. The system sends e-mails to users notifying them of important information such as when a job is completed and when ink is running low. With Roland OnSupport, users can also quickly download firmware updates and important product information by accessing an exclusive website with just one mouse click.
LEF-300 Optional deodorizing system
An optional deodorizing unit to create a comfortable work environment
An optional deodorizing unit is available for the LEF-300. It contains an activated carbon filter which effectively removes the odor and volatile substances that occur during printing. This unit can be installed easily underneath the LEF-300.
